Price for up to 6 people, for each additional person add 7 Euros per day. Prices include water, electricity, gas, weekly fresh towels and linen and final cleaning. There is a 100 Euros refundable damage deposit . Local surcharges:  Winter heating if necessary Please bring your own beach towels. Enquire for lower prices for long rents. * Christmas, New Year days, Easter and May 1st holiday have different prices, please inquire
All year round renting: 650 Euros/month excluding utility bills. From October to June only: 500 Euros/month.
