The
author recognizes the importance that genuine non profit organizations
may have in the promotion and education of environamental issues. Bearing
this in mind and feeling that an image might be a good contribute to
alerting the general public, he has contributed whenever possible to
non profit projects such as Pardela, the magazine of the Portuguese
Society for the Study of Birds. His images have also been published
in calendars by environamental organizations.
