Our school is located in the City of Peniche - Portugal.

The lessons are given in the all Peniche's Beaches. Could be

in outhers beaches because it depends very on the conditions of

wind and swell. Normally the lessons are given in all the extension of the Bay .

How to go?

Lisbon to Peniche following A8 and then IP6.
Plenty of buses connect Lisbon to Peniche.

Methodologies

The E.S.B.P offers a methodology of only education, especially developed so that you can learn surf or bodyboard in a correct and efficient way.

All the methodology was elaborated with the experience of in more than 15 years.

The instructors have ample experience of practise in these sports and work as life-guard.

Security is taken the serious one in the E.S.B.P.

Levels of Education

The lessons of Surf and bodyboard has the following levels:

INITIATION

"People of all the ages, beginning that they desire more personal help in order to get a faster learning and insurance".

Advantages:

1. To learn to make surf much more fast of that I eat explorer, without having to invest initially in material that quickly leaves of using. It prevents buying of material dispossessed for the phase of initiation VERSUS evolution, as for example the size of the plates: SoftSurfboard - Malibu - Shortboard;

"Practicing with little experience with the goal to improve its technique.

"Practicing with reasonable experience, that they intend to raise its level technician through corrections and personalized perfectioning.

Schedules

The period of the lessons is between 10h00 to 13h00 and 14h 30 to the 20h 00 all days .

The lessons have the duration of 2 hours.

The schedule is to the criterion of the pupils and consonant the availability of the monitors.

Our school has all the material you need for the lessons or just to free surf.

Surfboards, Bodyboards, Wetsuits, Fins, Leashes,Wax ...

1 Individual lesson personalized - 20 €.

Intensive courses

4h ( 2hours in the morning + 2 hours in the afternoon)- 40 €

5 Days - 90 € (individual) / 75 € (group)

10 Days - 170 € (individual) / 140 € (group)

 

Boards and wetsuits to rent 15 € a day

Note: the pupils have to know how to swim.
