This magnificent house, that building just
finished, is situated in the countryside, very close from Montemor-O-Velho,
in a 5500 sq meters landscape, where you can do what you wish: for instance,
to build a big swimming pool,
a tennis court, and the garden of your dreams.
This villa, with 600 sq
meters, have very large rooms witch includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (the
master one has en-suite bathroom), an office, a 60 sq meters living room, a
large fully fitted kitchen with 42 sq meters, a garage for 2 cars, a laundry
room, a barbecue and big terraces.
All the house, as well
as the landscape, are very sunny, and was built by taking care of the
thermal insulation, with double walls and windows with double glasses. It is
also equipped with a centralized vacuum cleaner and a central heating
installation.
But these pictures
illustrate better than many words how pleasant is the house and the place. |

Montemor-O-Velho
| |
 |
 |
All this central region of Portugal presents a great
historical and cultural interest as well as magnificent places where the
nature is preserved, like, for instance, the 'Serra da Lousã' and 'Serra
da Estrela'.
Montemor-O-Velho is so an interesting place
because it is also situated at 20 mn from the coast, from the wonderful
beaches of Figueira da Foz, Quiaios, Tocha and Mira, as well as 20 mn from
Coimbra, third city of Portugal with a very rich history and culture.
But Montemor-O-Velho by
itself, is a small town with all the facilities and very pleasant for which
is contributing the castle with his inside beautiful garden and chapel. |

Coimbra
| |
 |
Coimbra is the third most important city of Portugal, and
is known as 'city of students', because its history is very closely linked
to its university, one of the oldest in Europe, founded in 1290, and
installed inside the Royal Palace at the top of the hill.
This city and its
surroundings presents also a great historical and cultural interest, with
the notable vestiges let by the different peoples and cultures of the past,
as you can see at the ancient city of Conimbriga, the largest Roman ruins in
Portugal, and the university's library witch is an impressive masterpiece of
baroque style.
But the city can only
really be appreciated by walking through its narrows streets or along the
river Mondego. |

pleasant place to walk about, to profit by the beach, and to eat good fish.
For the night, this good atmosphere continues in the different bars and, of
course, in the casino.
There are also very pleasant large green areas and the
