In this case we used a triplanar wedge osteothomy, fixed with a monolateral frame. On younger patients we use a simple osteotomy and acute triplanar correction fitting the bone ends one inside the other, with a monolateral frame.

It is possible to mobilize the elbow and control the pretended correction on the post operatory period.
Obtained correction at 2 years of post operatory follow-up.
