CLINICAL CASE PRESENTATION
Treatment of humeral distal atrophic pseudarthrosis with Ilzarov Method (1999)
52 yo lady who developed a atrophic pseudarthrosis of distal umerus, after an infected osteosinthesis with plate and screws for a supracondilar fracture.

Bone ends were cleaned and cut and reduced like a wedge into a grove and a Ilizarov frame was monted compressing the lesion and with hinges centered on the condyles rotation center, to progressively move the elbow.

Final result after 6 months of treatment.
