- Ok, sad news first: King Louie One Man Band cancelled the show at Barreiro Rock's. We'll have to find a substitute - we'll tell you something as soon as possible...

- The festival has is line-up almost complete. So, on Friday, October's 6th you'll be able to see The Vicious 5, Blood Safari, Atom Rhumba and a yet to be confirmed band. On the next day, Saturday, October's 7th you'll catch Wau y Los Arrrghs!!!, Los Ass-Draggers, The Fatals and Gallon Drunk. Is this the best festival ever or what!?

- First bands confirmed to play at Barreiro Rocks this year - GALLON DRUNK (Oct. 7th), King Louie One Man Band & Nicotine's Orchestra (Oct. 4th).

- Spain was great - The Act-Ups were well treated by our Spanish friends. You can read all about it here, just make a search on "Act-Ups".

- Thanks to all great people who made us feel great during those 10 days.

- Barreiro Rocks is being prepared. Dates: October 6th and 7th. Presentation party in Barreiro on October 4th with the wonderful King Louie One Man Band plus Nicotine's Orchestra. Prepare yourself for a heck of a festival.

- The Act-Ups are going to play this Saturday at Chapelaria, in Barreiro. It's a free concert. Consider it a gift, from the Act-Ups to you - yes, YOU!

- Some new editions are on the way. That's it for now.

- Yeah! We're back!!! We finally killed the huge hangover we had due to Barreiro Rocks...

- The festival was awsome. Wicked awsome. There's no words that can describe the musical quality that passed through barreiro during that week.

- Lots of news, of course...

- New record from The Act-Ups: "The Marriage of Heaven and Hell". Released through "Hey, Pachuco!" in CD as well as in vinyl through Beatnickmoon Rock'n'Roll Crafts. You can buy the CD here and you can buy the LP here and here.

- The Act-Ups are going to tour Spain in June. Here are the dates:

10th: Porto-Rio [Porto]

11th: Por confirmar [Galiza]

13th: Gruta 77 [Madrid]

14th: Dub Club [Valência]

15th: La Gramola [Orihuela]

16th: Magic [Barcelona]

17th: Polar [Valladolid]

18th: Louie Louie Club [Gijón]

- Some details: on the 16th, in Barcelona, The Act-Ups are honoured to play at Ruta 66 Magazine's 20th anniversary party! The Fuck will also play that evening. Before the concert in Madrid, The Act-Ups are going to be talking live on Radio 3.
